WinNT4 multihoming error.

I have a NT4.0 server with an ethernet (192.168.24.1) and tokenring (192.168.23.1) adapter installed. I also have Netbeui installed and IP fowarding turned on. However when I boot the machine I get an error saying that there is a machine with a duplicate name on the network. I have this same setup working on 2 other nt servers with no errors.
Any suggestions ?
