WinProxy restart

by bashful . Updated 24 years, 5 months ago

I have a laptop which I use at home and at work. At work, I have to access the Internet and Email through a proxy server. As part of that, I have to use Winproxy on my laptop.
The problem is that I have to stop Winproxy when I get home, but this involves starting the laptop, stopping Winproxy and then restarting the laptop again. I then have to do the opposite each morning. All of which takes a long time (running XP).
Does anyone know if it is possible to stop and start Winproxy without a computer restart?
