WINS error

One of our server recently crashed. Before it was added as WINS server in our domain controller WINS MANAGER. I have reloaded the server and installed Windows Internet Name service. In eventlog It shows WINS has initialised properly and is now fullyoperational. But the problem is in my domain controller eventlog generating an error “connection was aborted by the remote WINS” even I add WINS server in WINS MANGER.
What is the solution for this.
