WINS Nightmare!!!

I am getting ready to impliment WINS im my network. I currently have a lab set up with 5 computers to test WINS. Each computer is in it’s own subnet. I have each station set to point to the WINS server. I can get to any computer in the network by using the unc name in the RUN box and I can use IP also. What isn’t working is Network Neighborhood, also if I get it to working is there away to restrict what shows up. I only want the computers in each department to see each other in network neighborhood not the every computer on the network. Please Help.
