Wins Replication

Is there a way to replicate our domain wins with a workgroup wins servers. I know you can replicate untrusted domains which I have no problem doing but when I try to replicate with our remote workgroup servers I get access denied on the workgroup side and I get server isn’t running wins on the domain side. I can get every machine in each workgroup to register with our domain wins server but I was using this as a last resort. Thanks in advance.
