WINS Replication

We have 2 Windows2000 Advanced servers in two seperate domains seperated by a firewall. The servers are the AD controllers for their respective domains. The firewall is allowing full access for all services between the 2 servers. We have configured replication partners on both servers (Push/Pull) for WINS replication for to each other. When we attempt to replicate we get the following error in the System Event Log.

Error: “The connection was aborted by the remote WINS. Remote WINS may not be configured to replicate with the server.”

The firewall shows no dropped traffic between the 2 servers. “PLEASE HELP”
