WINS with Delphi 5

Hello freinds
If you can solve my problem i am very thankfull to you. I want that from delphi 5 software i want to send command to WINS and WINS should pass me the IP addresss of computer.

In short i want to make a small software throught my software i can know the Ip address from WINS
