WINSOCK

Hellow, my name is Alberto and I work as a PC analist for a big company and I came up with a winsock error wich I know it has to do with TCP/IP but I can’t get on the Internet explorer, or ping outside the network and let me remind you that I could see the internal server. when I do binding on the network propertis it comes back with a “The Winsock 1.1 to 2.0 migration failed”[0x277b]. I have service pack 6a and have uninstalled adapter drivers but, nothing seems to work.
