Winword.exe Dr Watson error

Hi,
I have a machine running NT4.0, SP6a with Office 97. When the user brings up the Office Assistant and does a search, intermittantly they receive a Dr Watson error, exception access violation error in Winword.exe. We have tried un/reinstallingWord 97, Office 97 and reapplying SR1 and 2 but the same occurs. We next tried redoing the user’s nt profile but same results. Any ideas?
