Winword.exe Error

I have a user that has a Dell Optiplex GX150 that is running Win2K with Office 2K. Everytime he goes to print(to a HP8500) a particular page in Word2000 he gets Winword.exe error which saids the app with shut down. When he prints the same page on anEpson Printer it is OK. Other PCs can print the document on any printer w/o problems.
I also re-installed Office 2K and did all the necessary updates to Win2K. Any tips!!
