WinXP Pro FTP setup

It seems that WinXP uses entirely different terminology and methodology when it comes to setting up an FTP server.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to set up an FTP server in XP? I’ve scoured the help file and the MS XP Web site and I can’t find any mention of it.
