WinXP Run-time error ‘5’

I’m an experienced user, but this one has me totally baffled. I’m running Win XP pro. Athlon 1.3 ghz, 512 Ram, Radeon Vid, cable modem, and have an additional laptop networked. When trying to run Ebay’s Mister Lister I get the error message, run-time error ‘5’ invalid procedure call or argument. I removed it properly, and reinstalled. I edited the registry and reinstalled. I tried it in Safe Mode. I disabled the firewall. I ran SFC looking for corrupted .dll’s. I ran Tweak, removed that, and reinstalled also. I know that it does run just fine on other machines with XP. Same error everytime. I, and the Ebay techies are stumped?
