wireless between 2 pcs & ADSL

i have 2 pcs running win XP pro. no1 is conected to the ADSL with Nic (not USB). every thing is working fine.
i installed a Dlink DWL120+ wireless adapter to this pc and configured the IP to 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0 also activate the internet shering. then i installed the 2nd. DWL120+ into the 2nd. pc and cofigured the IP 192.168.0.2 255.255.255.0
i used the hd-doc option (pc to pc) in the DWL configuration.
i can see the HD of pc no1 from pc no. 2 which i understand mean that they are networked BUT i cant access the internet from the 2nd. pc
