Wireless LAN under win2k professional

How to setup Win2k to support laptop workstation connecting through usb nic made by Linksys model WUSB11 to an access point model BFW11S4
We were runing under win ME and everything was fine, we did upgrade all the laptops with win2k and we cannot anymore connect to the network. However, if we connect through a port using wire, then everything is fine.
So what type of setup do we need?
We have contacted all the parties, Microsoft, HP for the laptop,and Linksys. But off course it’s the other one’s fault… 🙂
