Wireless Network Card causing problems

I have a 3 com 3crwe777a PCMCIA wireless network card installed on a Windows XP machine. However much i try i cannot find a correct driver or setup for this card. Everytime i try a new driver it tells me the ‘driver may not be compatable’ then once it has finish it tells me ‘Hardware unable to be initalised, error code 10’ Anybody have any ideas? I have tried turning off the PnP in the Bios as this was one suggestion. I have a Sony Vaio FX701
