Hi, last week purchased Fujitsu-siemens Amilo Pro 3405 note book with windows XP. every thing works fine. However, when i clean install windows vista ultimate, my wireless connecitivity did not work. Tried every thing like pushing the radio button. Device manager showed no conflict of drivers.
2. Partitioned the HD, re-install Xp on C and Windows Vista on D drive. Logged in Windows Vista, No improvement. Then went back to XP. Re-start the computer and again logged in to Vista (mind it I did not shut down but restart my note book) this time the wireless connectivity worked fine.
Bottom line is if i have to use wirless connectivity, i have to go to windows XP make radio active (amber light shows on) and re-start and go to windows Vista.
can you please guide me how to fix this problem so that i only use windows Vista. obliged in anticipation for your assistance.
