Wizard and Active Directory setup

How can I setup a new server using my existing domain name ARROWINTERNATIONAL.COM when the wizard stops and says that ARROWINTERNATIONAL is too long for my netbios name. I need to keep the same name I’m using on my NT PDS, but I don’t want to upgrade my PDS.
