WMI Error

On startup of a workstation, received message that WMI could not start. Rebooted computer and initially booted okay, but then received wmiprvse.exe Application error stating “the instruction at “0x0113e970” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not be “written”.” Received Warning Event Notification “The total hard drive capacity in your system has decreased. This typically does NOT indicate a hardware failure.” Any ideas?
