WMI remote management – cannot manage

I receive the error when connecting from my W2K to another in order to “manage” it. I’ve already checked that ‘file and printer’ sharing is activated on both W2K machines.

Computer \\computername.domain.org cannot be managed. The network path was not found. Choose ‘Connect to another computer’ from the Action menu to manage a different computer.

How do I resolve this?
