WNAD Error

I’m getting a Wnad error. It says “This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down” – “If the problem persists contact the program vendor”. I click on “Close” but the error pops up again at a later time. I use this particular primarily for web surfing. I’m using Windows 98 SE and IE 6.

Does anyone know what WNAD is or better yet where I can find some info on this program so I can fix this problem?
