Won’t Print When Using Paper Handling

Greetings,

I’ve got a user who uses Win98SE and Office97. While in Word if she selects the paper handling options such as collating, stapling, or printing a range of pages like 5-11 the printout will not come out. Everything looks like it went but nothing comes out on the printer.

I tried having her select another printer but it still did not work. I had her try printing the exact same document from another workstation and it worked fine. So this problem definitely is tied to her workstation.

Other than reinitializing (FDISK, FORMAT, REINSTALL) her PC does anyone have any ideas?
