Word 2000

I have a Windows 98 machine with Office 2000 loaded. Whenever I open Word it opens but there is no Menu or anything at the top. I can’t do File,Edit, Format, etc.

There is nothing, so I can’t even print the doc. I can’t figure out how to get a menu bar at the top.

I have reloaded Office 2000 and Word 2000.

HELP!
