Word 2000 button to activate a toolbar

In Word 2000, how can I set up a button which will toggle the activation/deactivation of a custom toolbar? The “Tables and Borders” button toggles the Tables and Borders toolbar. I would like a button like this that would toggle my own custom toolbar.
