Word . Extra lines being added

When user opens some documents, well most, he gets a prefix of “bjbjt+t” twice then after the word document extra lines appear starting with
Normal
Normal
Default Paragraph Font

After deleting these lines they come back after next “Open” of same document

What’s going on?
