Workstation NT and 98

Good morning,

I have a desktop running Windows 98 and a laptop running Windows NT. I have a 5 ports hub (Linksys) in between them. Those two machines cannot communicate with each other. I already check the Workgroup name (they are the same on both machine). If I add another laptop running Windows 95, the 95 and 98 can talk to each other without any problem. What else do I need to configure on the NT. Do I have to setup a domain on the NT?
