Workstation Service

I have a server running Windows NT 4.0, on Monday morning I notice on Network neighborhood that all the computers on a separed subnet weren’t showing. First thing came to my mind was WINS service, so I stopped and restarted WINS Service, this actionpromped me to rebootthe Server. After I reboot, and log on, I received a message that my Map drives were not found, I tried to start Workstation service and I received a error message “Error 0052 A duplicate name exist on the Network” I did check for duplicated names , but I did not found any. My PDC is off line and no body can get access to the shared files. Can you please help with an answer to this problem.
