Workstation to Workstation on W2003

I have installed W2003 SBS. I have printers on various workstations that I would like the network to access. I have shared these printers, but have difficulty adding them on other workstations. The add printer does not always show them.
If at the command prompt, I type \\”workstationnname” of another workstation with the printer in question and log on as administrator when prompted this will sometimes alleviate the problem. I am unsure if there is some issue of permissions that I have not addressed. All users are designated workstation (not network) administrators.
