Wrong Start Menu Icons

After a major crash with low resource my NT 4.0 with Sp6a has changed most of the icons in all the logins off the start menu. I can not change them back and I have already re-installed Sp6a to see it this fixes this. The system is working fine butit is strange that for icons to be from different programs being displayed.
