WWW Publisher service

i am getting a WWW Publisher service problem on my NT4 logon server, when i try to startup the service manually. the error is code 0126, telling me the specified module could not be found.

When i try to reinstall the service i get an error saying”please use internet manager to configure the software”

the machine is functioning normal but the users cant log on to the internet.

i am using service pack 6a, can that be the cause of my problem?
