WWW service will not start in IIS 2.0

I installed IIS 2.0 on one of my NT 4.0 (SP6) servers. The FTP and GOPHER services are running just fine, but the WWW service will not start. As a matter of fact it looks like it is not installed. It is not listed in the list of services when I open IIS. When installing I made sure that WWW was checked, as a matter of fact, I checked every option. Anyone have any ideas?
