XP and ISA Server

We have a mixed network environment with workstations of XP & 2000. All of the 2000 machines can connect to the Internet thru the ISA Server. The XP machines will not connect on the first attempt. They will connect when you hit the refresh. The error first received is forbidden access to ISA Server.
