XP GUI change to 2000

I am a windows 2000 pro user. I am very familiar with 2000 Pro.

I am also using XP.
I find the XP GUI and and XP paths to tools less than desireable and combersome.

I heard there is a resgistry fix for XP that will revert to a true 2000 GUI. Does anybody know what that reg fix is? Does anyone know any references for a REG hack to give you a true 2000 GUI?
