XP Home

I have a desktop pc running Windows ME. I have installed a Linksys Wireless Access Point router and 4 port switch (combined into 1 unit). This is working fine. I also have a Time laptop running XP Home edition. I have tried to install a wireless PCMCIA card into this but it only works in Safe mode (the only mode you can get in as Administrator)Does anyone know how I can log into a XP home machine as administrator without going in to safe mode?
