How do I remove a window that will not move off the screen, even though I click on the close button ?, also this window says: Windows Desktop Search Tool Tray Admin has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

NB: I have gone thro’ the process of using th eInstallation disk ( in desperation), but this fault still comes up and so cannot see programs I open, as it sits squarely in the middle of the screen, please help
