XP Install…..Part 2

OK, a new problem. When I go to install XP now, when it’s copying the files, there is a stop error and it says “Memory_management”. I am using 512MB of DDR. PLz help. I want to thank all of you who helped me with my other problem, and those thathelp me with this one.
