XP local Users

I logged on to the new xp box as admin and installed the new applications. Copied the profile over to the new user. When the new user logs on, they have problems running some of the applications. If I change the user over, with local admin rightsthey have no problem. How can I provide the local users access to there applications with granting them admin rights?

Since I don’t know the users passwords I cannot logon as them and install there apps with there users right.
