xp networking

I have a USB adaptor/hub in my computer which is running in Windows 98 SE,when I try to set up the networking in Widows XP Pro.(two OS in the computer) it could not work. My USB adaptor/hub is from EZ Link Model No. WTC6070.It works well in Windows98 SE,but not in Windows XP Pro. I need to set up to share my printer and scanner(UMAX scanner). Anyone can help me out.
