XP on 2 drives

Somehow i installed (upgrade} Windows XP on C and D drives. Can i uninstall one or the other or just leave it as is? The upgrade on C drive has issues with a password,and the solution to correct i can do but it’s time consuming for me.I’m not 100% but i think D is NTFS. Thanks
