XP Printer Custom Paper Size

I am trying to print a special form length on a local Panasonic 2123. The Win98 driver allowed a user-defined form size but the XP driver does not. Are there any dotmatrix XP drivers that allow custom form setup? Panasonic never heard of XP and Epson 24 compat wasnt much better so we are looking at M$oft drivers and they didnt bother to put in custom form definitions. I tried the WIN98 drivers but all that did was hang the application (SBT checkprinting).
