XP Pro logging in on 2 2000 Srver netwks

What is the best way to set up a XP Pro laptop to log in to 2 2000 Server networks? Both use DHCP, and he wants to be able to check his e-mail using Outlook (connecting to a third party e-mail vendor) on both of them.
