XP-Pro & MSN-8

MSN-6 works fine on all user acounts. When install msn 8 and try to reactivate other msn accounts msn says accounts suspened. reinstall msn 6 and all is fine–Msn has no clue to this problem or how to fix. Tried reinstall of Xp still the same I useing Xp pro corp version leagal.
