xp pro_mutliple users

I am new to xp and have xp professional workstations and an nt4.0 sp6 server. I am having a problem, I want to set up this pc so that when a user logs in, no matter which user it is(besides the admin), I want them to see the printers and desktop shortcuts pointing to the network applications. How do I do this without having each user log in and then setting up each individual profile.
