XP problems with software

I installed MS WXP Pro and then Office 2000 and finally Visio 2000, but when I work with Word (only this one), there is a problem because the pack is hung and reset the application.
I installed the SP’s and SP’s to MS-Office and the last pack of security, however word follows resetting.
