XP system files

One of my client’s computers got slammed with the Elkern virus. It wiped out almost all major system files such as rundll32.exe. Is there a way to extract them from the XP cd? I noticed that there did not appear to be any cab files on the cd. I did try booting to the cd and running the setup program again, but that didn’t help.
