XP with W98 or ME

At this time, are there any known interoperability issues with XP, W98se and/or ME? In otherwords, do I need to get concerned about upgrading the workstations in my office to XP after I can’t get W98se or ME any more? FYI – the network is NT4.0 SP6a.
