XP WS disabling W2K WS Shared Printer

We have an office that has WinXP Pro, Win98, and W2K Pro workstations. They are on a workgroup not a domain. The Win2000 system has a HP 4050 printer attached that is shared to the other computers. One XP WS keeps taking the SHARE of the printer and it wil be disabled on the W2K computer. You can click the share ON on the W2K WS and OFF on the XP WS, but it will revert back.
