XSP’s vs JSP’ in diff end user devices

Hi,
I would like to hear from you which of these technologies(XSP or JSP) are better suited for developing applications which have PDA’s or Desktops or anyother mobile devices as UI.
And I would like to know what kind of technologies or softwares are needed to mount them remotely on User(PSA and DeskTops) Devices.
