YAHOO EMAIL The Page Cannot Be Displayed

after I logon to YAHOO I cannot get access to EMAIL. “The Page Cannot be Displayed” error message loads. I am running Windows 98 and have the latest IE 6 w/128 bit Cipher Strength. I have checked the IE explore security settings and reinstalled IE. Can someone give me any suggestions on why this may be happening.
