Yahoo! News on Win98

We have a Novell 4.11 sp9 network. Most users are running Win2k. Two users are on Win98. If either tries to access Yahoo! News they get a page that says “Do You Yahoo?”. This started 1-2 months ago. Under Win2k everything is fine. Yahoo! has not provided satisfactory help. Any ideas?
