Zoom Window on Desktop will not Delete

Evey time Windows opens, a small ‘zoom’ window appears. It will not move or delete without going to the Ctrl+Alt+Del Task Manager, go to processes, and End Task of Zoom Window. How can this be ended permanently? No idea why it began!!!
